LIGHTS FROM AMORGOS
An ongoing photographic work by Stephan Larroque
Every place carries a story.
Some are revealed through their landscapes. Others through their light, their silence, and the traces left by those who live there.
Lights from Amorgos is an ongoing photographic work inspired by my connection with this unique island in the Cyclades.
Through these images, I seek to capture a different vision of Amorgos — not only the beauty that can be seen, but also the atmosphere, the emotions and the quiet moments that give a place its identity.
The four photographs presented here are the first selection of this work, currently exhibited at Aegialis Hotel & Spa.
This project continues to evolve, guided by light, encounters and the endless dialogue between a place and the person who observes it.
